Do not trust and order anything by UMI Direct on the web. We ordered a pair of runners on 5/4/2011 at a cost of $100. 23 ($95.05 plus shipping $5.18). It was never delivered. After several calls, they said that it went back to them for unknown reasons. They promised to credit our card. When that did not happen, the assured us that it will happen the same day on two subsequent telephone calls. When that did not still happen for several days, during subsequent telephone calls, the UMI person (Dawn) hid behind the answering machine and never returned our calls. Frustrated, we then disputed charges with our credit card issuer. We notice within a week after that UMI credited our card only $85.54. Why not the whole amount given that the runners never reached us? Several calls to them are in progress. It is like pulling out teeth. A buyer does not need such frustrations.
