When our business grew and we needed more reliable payment methods, we researched and called around, during this time we got a call from Canadian Payment Services - aka First Data. The guy claimed they had great deals, no contract and low interest rate. Well after sometime we decided to go with them, he told us we could lease one or two machines and return one or both of them anytime we wanted. A few months go by and it turns out we were only using one and decided to return the other one, multiple calls of them saying they'll call us back or send return box they finally did and we sent the one machine back.

two months later and they were still charging for two machines and a bunch of other charges we didn't notice till we looked through their charges. We called them and asked why we were being charged for two machines still, their answer was that we are locked in a contract, what?! Since when? the only solution they gave us was to take the machine back. Why would we want to get it back, we sent it because we didn't need two and you told us we could and on top of that sent us the Purolator box to ship it back to you! We are sick of this daylight robbery and have no choice but to close our account. Stay AWAY from them!!! Look at the thousands of other complaints online, do your research, they lie and manipulate contracts. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up, once they have your account info, good luck getting ride of them.
