On 1-3-17 I saw an add on Facebook it free sample of Nuriva advanced revitalizing serum for the cost of shipping and handling of $4.95. They also had a free sample of renaderm super collagen eye cream for the cost of the shipping and handling of $4.95, which I rejected. I was sent both Nuriva and renaderm and charged $4.95 for each. On 1-27-17 I saw my bank statement where DTTWLLC*Biohealthy 1-888-979-3834 took $86.15 out of my account and Healthnation 888-479-4793 took $99.15 out of my account. When I saw my statement and called the 888-979-4793 number I was told I had signed up for a subscription of this stuff and sense I did not cancel within 10 days I am stuck with it and they will not return the money. I her that I was not satisfied with the product and I wanted my money returned. I offered to return the product and she said they do not except returns.

- I had the same problem. I called and argued my case that I did not sign up for any subscription and I only wanted the free samples. First the lady told me she can give me a 25% credit, so I argued a little more and she then said she could give me a 50% credit. Still not satisfied I ended up getting a 75% credit and cancelling any further charges. I took the deal since there was no other way out of it. Good luck hope you can get some of your money back.
