On 1/3/17 took a survey said I could pick out a prize just pay s&h, it was a watch $5.99. Got an email saying shipping date was 1/5/17, I received it on 1/11/17. I saw the word trial so I called and told them I could send the watch back cause I didn't want anything else deducted out of my account. The lady Reyven that I talk to said I didnot have to send the watch back it was mine to keep all I had to do is call her back to let her know if anyone liked it. She told me it was an $89.00 watch I told her that watch was not worth it. She did not give a time limit to call her back. On 1/24/17 I notice $98.00 was deducted out of my account. So I called them 1-844-847-4411 and talked to a Rose she it was past the time to cancel and could not refund me my money and offered me some vouchers which I turned down, so I asked for her suppervisor so then a Tony got on and said the same thing. I told him I just wanted my money back and explained what the other lady told me on 1/11/17 that nothing else would be deducted frm my acct. didn't matter. I asked for his suppervisor, but he said he had none so I asked for the name of the company and their address so I could have my lawyer send a letter and he gave me the address in Sun Valley, CA. My bank investigated on the cancelation dates and said I was responsible because I didn't cancel b/4 the 14 day trial period which I didn't know of. So I'm looking into other ways to try and get my money back for a worthless watch. $5.99 is all it was worth, maybe.
