I was sent a FB link to this company's Bikenstock Sandals from a friend, who was unaware, her computer had been hacked. I sent the request for a pr of size 9 woman's strap sandal. It took months to get to me and was no where near the size I ordered. It was huge!! and was not the same quality of the other pairs of Berkies I already have. I had been duped and felt there was not way to report this.
Thank you for having this website where we can at least make note of our losses and try to resolve things.
