Same as the other complaint. Saw the ad for 4.95 shipping and handling and ordered it. Immediately when I received the product I emailed them that I didn't want it. They tried to counteroffer a price. Still didn't want it. Did not open the product. Was charged 98.41 after I complained they finally sent me the info to return it. I'm having a picture taken if the product and a witness before I send it back to ensure they don't try to scam me again by saying that I used. This company misrepresents and they are thieves!!!!
