I completed a survey and was supposed to be sent a watch for which I was to pay $2.00. I received the watch on January 28, 2017 and was supposed to have 15 days to return call them and return it if I didn't want it. I talked to the representative on January 30, 2017 after getting the charge for $98. on my credit card. I was told I couldn't return the watch and would receive a voucher but the representative couldn't tell me the value of the voucher. I was told she could reduce my monthly membership to $79.50. I did not know I had signed up for a membership and told her to cancel it.
