Scam under the presumption of a loan. This man will promise you a quick payback, then the excuses start. These excuses range from bank errors, personal or family illness or just avoidance of contact due to phone isysues. He tries to keep stringing you along. He is very personable and convincing. Do not trust anything he says. I personally know he owes many people for a total of not less than 250,000. If he owes you money seek legal advice for your recovery right a way. He should be in jail but how will any of us recover if he is locked up. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, HE IS A CROOK.
