I answerd a Survey for Kohl's Dept. store and was offered a watch in return all I needed to pay was $ 5.99 for shipping,
I got that watch a few weeks later, today when I looked at my Credit Card page I saw a charge in the amount of $ 98.00 from a Health Company I did not Order any items from this Company.
I informed my Credit Card Company right away and canceled my Credit Card the Fraud Devision will look into it as well.
Since I had the Tel. number on file from the people which sent me that watch, they admitted the charge and told me I did a 14 day trial, I read the whole offering and did not see any thing about a trial.
I told the lady on the phone that I will send the watch back and asked for an
Address where I can send and give the Address in an E.mail, she said she can do that, but gave me an Address in California, after a long conversation with her she told me I can keep the watch and they will send me 35% back to my Credit card and they will not charge me anything.
So I will sit tight and wait to see what will happen.
