I bought two pairs of shoes from this company in post-Christmas sales. Unfortunately, I was careless and did not look at the site name, which, being www.carinsurancehero.co.uk is rather suspicious for a shoe company. The funds have been promptly deducted from my account a few days later and two weeks later I received a package containing two pairs of shoes that do not look remotely like what I ordered and are clearly incredibly cheap counterfeit (one of them says "Gucci, Made in Italy" inside). I tried contacting the company through the e-mail function on their website, by responding to the order confirmation e-mail (btw, they never sent an itemised receipt) and by phone number on the mail package several times. The phone number is not operational and my e-mails never got a reply. I am now starting a financial fraud investigation through my bank.
