I also ordered this sample on Facebook. Just had to pay the shipping. I should have known something was wrong when I never received a confirmation email. I only ordered the eye product and somehow got signed up for the eye AND the face cream? I never saw the "fine print" that I had to cancel with 14 days, or be billed the entire amount. ($173!). Absolutely NO information send with the product. When I saw this charge on my checking account, I called to cancel, and of course they had all kinds of offers for me. Really, really ticked off.
