I purchased a Bose Bluetooth Speaker with Docking Station and the Dock was broken.
Despite promising to send another straight away, it never arrived and when I contacted them again I was asked to post the original to an address in China at my own cost.
This would leave me out of pocket twice and nothing to show for it unless they actually did send a replacement, I'm not a gambler!
