I was contacted and left messages on my work phone and my cell phone from a Tiffany Wade from IGS, the phone number that came up on caller ID was 256-203-0819. The message proceeded to inform me that she was with the mediation department of IGS and she was contacting me with allegations attached to my SS# & name and if they didn't hear from me the client would be moving forward with the allegations set forth and they would actively proceed to my residence or place of employment, I had been officially notified and they gave me a case number. I also received a IM from my ex-stepson stating this same number had contacted him asking him if he knew me.
I call the number that was left on my voice message 844-289-1216 and spoke with a lady that proceeded to tell me I owed a payday loan for $1320.00 to a Twin Bluff Financial that dated back to August of 2012. First off I have never taken out a pay day loan and I have no idea how these people got all my information. Second them calling my ex step-son proves they are lying. I divorced his father in 2006 and I have no idea what his phone number is so there is no way I could have listed him as a reference!!! They threatened to take me to court and I told them to do so because I have copied of my bank statements and I can prove they never deposited money in my account. Also they wouldn't give me the phone number to Twin Bluff Financial so I could contact them about this! How do these people get stopped
