Signed up for trial offer end of August. Received that one month later. Nothing in the print to say about signing your bank account away at the same time. Received nothing from this scam company until last week when 2 products arrived from them in 2 separate deliveries. Upon receiving the first, I telephoned their office in Edinburgh UK, spoke to "Ron" who gave me a cancellation no. but had to phone Eileen in the afternoon to confirm cancellation, only to be told by her that NO money had been taken from my bank account as the bank declined payment. Please send products back for any refund. Excuse me, bank declined payment, but they still send products. Phoned my bank. They know of these people. Had to change my bank account as it appears they have taken £384 english pounds out of my account since 2nd September for 5 separate product deliveries of which I have only received 2 this last week. I did not give them permission to clear my bank account out. So I have had to close my account, re-open another and left the issue with the fraud dept of my bank for investigation.
