I placed an order for Christmas. The total that was given to me was not the the amount that i was charged. They over charged my card, then when i git my order in i was missing 2 of the items. I asked for a refund and they said they did the refund. but I never received it. they said that's not there problem. that i need to take it up with my credit card company. but my credit card company has no record of a credit being done.
