DermaSoft Skin Restore and Purcell eye therapy

This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them. They promise a trail offer of the dermasoft skin restore and Purcell eye therapy for a shipping price of $4.95 each. I ordered both products in December 2016 while I was out of town. I received my credit card statement in January and they had charged 89.95 for each product. Unbeknownst to me they are separate companies. I called the dermasoft skin restore and was told that under the agreement, I had 14 days to cancel before I would be charged. I explained that I never saw the agreement. After speaking with two or three people on the phone for over an hour, they refunded $67.46 to my account and cancelled the subscription. I called Purcell eye therapy and debated for a refund after waiting for a customer service rep for over an hour. They are telling me since the other company gave me a partial refund, they cannot give me a refund. After waiting to talk to a supervisor, I was given a $45.00 credit. Essentially with initial shipping costs, I was defrauded about $100.00. I've never seen such corruption. After researching the product, it is no more than a common moisturizer. A costly lesson.
