I ordered a Scott & Lyle coat for my son but when the parcel arrived they had sent a North Face coat. Again, the website looked like an English based company but then I received an email to say the item was being shipped from China. I contacted the company about this as I was initially concerned about the delivery timescale (item was for Christmas) and I also asked if the items were genuine brands. I did not receive a response.
When I received the parcel I again contacted them to notify them that the coat was the wrong coat and to see what options there were for exchange or return. But again I have not received a response.
