The company kept billing me after I called several times to cancel membership because I have no reason to continue. I have some back problem issues-siatic nerve and couldn't do strenuous excercise. My membership ended and I was reinstated without my knowledge. Since I had already to cancel, it should have happened. Thank you.

Most health clubs request a cancellation notice to be sent in writing. Your agreement should indicate the kind of notice that is to be given to discontinue service - most clubs ask for at least 30 days notice and you are responsible for any payments that arise during that time.
