International boundaries
Ordered an Anthony Barr Minnesota Vikings Jersey. Got email with tracking number shipped and cleared Shanghi postal facility on 12/20, no other scans since. Can only email customer service. Three responses all say same thing verbatim. Has not cleared "your customs" with very bad English in entire email and apologies to be patient. USPS states shipment still in China. Shipping was free first class mail so they probably shipped item they know will get held up just to provide tracking number. Company is supposed to be based in US in Wellsville, Missouri. Google mapped address and pulls up a house in "now where" Missouri. I was billed by Tryfreebiz which they do tell you will show up on statement. I have stopped payment with my credit card but beware fansgoods.com website is still active. I will never buy from website that has no phone for customer service. I believe first clue of scam!
