They had already provided marketking, at a cost, for my brand, so I thought it nothing when they asked foe me to pay for "shipping" only to acquire otherwise free items from their clothing line to help them promote. I paid, never received any shipping information. They have a customer service department that boasts 24-hour response, but said claim is completely #bogus. I have only heard from the scantily after waiting long periods with no answer.
