I received a flash sale for Ugg boots on 12/15/16, My 12 year old just asked for for birthday, so I thought great,Webb site was set up to look like UGG site, I bought 2 pairs, that were suppose to show up before Dec.25. Printed receipt, did not check printer, finished my chores, went to work. Didn't think about it again until B-day came and went 12/26. went to look for email (gone), so no prob. I printed receipt.... It was blank, no way to check I'm(screwed)...Contested on credit card. just received boots 1/09 no company invoice in package and they are Knock off boots that do not fit...again Screwed.
