I was charged 18.95, plus 1.00 for asking for a link to the NC DMV accident report page, to print out an accident report. I did not give him authority to take anything out of my account, nor was I told I had too. All I needed was a directory not information. The information in Mecklenburg County is free for citizens to get a copy of their accident report. I called Andy's number and now I am going to text him. I want justice for this scam if it is one. I never put in my Walmart Card number and have no idea how they got the information, but my attorney will find out and just maybe I will benefit more for this issue.
