Supossed to get a FREE trial sample. Never received it. Received another two samples that I DID NOT order. No instructions, just a packing slip with a different order # then what I ordered. Now I'm being charged $97.41 and $98.41 twice, for two months of things I never ordered or received. Called customer service. They hung up on me twice. Then called me back because I told them that I was going to dispute charges with my credit card company and said "I'll never win that dispute" then offered me a % off. What a scam!!
