OMG where do I start??
My daughter ordered me what we thought was a Pandora bracelet and charms ... she got the WRONG item ... they never sent confirmation of her order and when they did, it was $10 more than what her order total was ... took 33 days to get here when it should have taken 2-4 week as per an email she received after she located a way to communicate with them ...
The bracelet is too tiny ... now I'm in a refund/return situation ... they want me to send it back and once received she'll get her money back ... seriously???? I'm contacting the better business bureau for her money ...
