I ordered shoes (winter boots) but I received completely different shoes (sport Nike) I didn't order them...I don't need Nike shoes and I want to send it back to the firm. I wrote to them and ask for the information about address I should send the shoes back and how they return my money back. They don't answer my emails, ignore me completely. I would like to get my money back.
