ordered an NHL Buffalo Sabres hockey jersey on November 28th my credit card payment processed immediately and shipment begin November 29th. My concern is is that it is now been 22 business days and 30 days in total and I have not received the Jersey. Their website states that 5 to 7 business days approximately a week later they changed the website to 15 -17 business days. I have emailed them approximately 5 times. Each email has given me no real resolution. All I have gotten from their responses are we're sorry for the inconvenience, we can offer you a $10 discount if not received in time and we're sorry but your shipment is on its way sorry for the delay. I received the tracking number and have submitted it numerous times it shows that my jersey is in Shanghai China. Nowhere on their website did it state that the Jersey would be coming from out of the country. Also their statement of saying that it is in shipment is alive the tracking number is updated to my email and I have not received one update showing that it is out of Shanghai China. My concern with the validity of this company as well is that their address is showing a house in Staten Island I understand people can work from home but I am feeling very concerned about this as well. I have given suggestion to this company as in that they can possibly pull the Jersey from another Warehouse or stock from another provider. I understand that the holidays can be a busy time and deliveries can be delayed however this was a Christmas present for my son and Christmas has come and passed and my son did not receive his gift both him or my and myself are disappointed greatly. On another note their website is not at all state that the ship that will be coming in from out of the United States . Their response was we are sorry for the inconvenience your shipment is in process I've explained to them also that I will never use their company again.
