This is to inform in general that we were victimized by this fraudulent minded Mr. Chander Mohan Singh who targets customers by luring them for perfect holiday package experience.We somehow got to know them online & asked for 06 Nights package for Katra (Vaishnodevi darshan) along with Kashmir tour. Viraaj Travels offered us reasonable amount for same & we agreed after brief survey.
We were asked to pay minimum 30% advance by NEFT transfer & after advance payment Mr. Chander Mohan Singh started to ignore us by not responding to calls. We somehow called from other numbers, he used to reply, "we are in medical emergency & shall get back" . Upon on arrival on tour, we visited their office as per mentioned address on their website. He (Mr. Chander Mohan Singh) assured us that payment will be refunded as they couldnt make booking due to some problem. Later, they again started to reject our phone calls. Our whole advance amount got wasted as I couldnt get any services neither there was any booking done for us.
Kindly do not ever make any booking through Viraaj Travel of Mr. Chander Mohan Singh & never trust anyone online without checking your booking in hotels.
