Purchased trial offer of Essence of Argan and Idrotherapy trial with only commitment on purchase was $5 for trial and shipping cost in total about $20. Ended up having 4 different amounts deducted from credit card in less than 1 month for an automatic debit deal that I reportedly signed up for when submitting my details on website. I had researched the company and even rang the local number to check if a valid company. Unfortunately did not put in keyword scam which was a mistake. Have contacted customer support for both websites and have been `promised' full refund. It would appear this is unlikely. Have cancelled credit card to stop further payments. Currently seeking dispute resolution with my bank who have been fantastic.

2 learnings: (1) if dubious about website add scam as a keyword search (2) check credit card statements every month.
