I received a charge on my account from this company and I did not authorize nor have any idea who they are and what they do. When I tried contact them they hung up on me several times, and when you try to fill out their online form it asks for a username, well if I never signed up then I don't have a username! I have reported to my bank and am still waiting on a resolution!!
