Ordered 1 pandora bracelet and 3 charms. Only 2 of the charms turned up and completely embarrassing to give as Christmas presents due to the lack of detail on them. They don't even look like pandora charms yet they have the official pictures on their website which is now shut down. Tried to email and it says it cannot be sent. Complete waste of time and money. They should be disgusted with themselves with the things I have read that they've done to innocent people trying to save some pennies.
