This company has a policy that if a unit is defective, it is up to you to send it back (either for a refund or replacement). I purchased 10 inverters and accessories totalling nearly $4,000. 2 units were defective - they told me their policy is that you, the consumer, bear the cost of sending them the defective unit (even if within 30 days). What a scam.
