I signed in for a free sample of skin care product, and had to pay for postage on 11/11/2016. But on 11/28/16 I was charged £78.49 from Dermperfect and again the next day for the sum of £69.99 from Betterskin. I never bought anything else from them so I don't see why I should have been charged. The total of these two sums comes up to $148.48, which I am claiming back now.
