I ordered a free sample from them and read I had 2 weeks to cancle but the cream came 4 weeks after I ordered, so how could I cancel. I am going to contact them and try for a refund, as I have not opened the cream, hopefully I will get my money refunded. But the cost of returning could be quite a sum. I do have the original packaging but no delivery note came with it. How can you advertise a free sample and have to pay for it. There was not enough time to cancel the cream.
