During May 2014, Shabnam Sabz Sepehr Company Ltd., got the name and address of a company named China Haiyang Metal Industrial Co.Ltd., in China at address 1301 Tianziguanli Apt, Changan District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province- China, tel/fax +86-311-80826790 – 69002506 , www.chinahaiyangmetal.com , e-mail : [email protected] from Alibaba site , We have also checked it on the website of www.Hmeonline.com and found again this company at the web address http://www.hmeonline.com/profile_714327118.html, as a producer of metals . We have started communication with the person in charge named Allison Lee (and their CEO Hui Xo) regarding the purchase of Zinc ingot, after some correspondences, she informed that she could supply Zinc ingots at the price of $ 1750,- per ton CFR Bandar Abbass port (Iran). We have asked her to send a proforma. Seeing in the proforma the company account number with the bank of communication assured us that this is registered company.

However, surprisingly the SGS agent refused to inspect their goods, and they provided (by their-self) provided a CIQ inspection report (government issued). We transferred the last part of the money (we transferred in three parts) to their account in BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD.
However, Just after receiving the final part payment, Allison, and her boss (Hui Xo) were disappeared and did not answer their phones and e-mails anymore and did not sent any shipping docs just only a certificate of origin which was issued by another company name and not their one. The cargo reached to Bandar Abbas's customs and while opening the doors of the containers we surprisingly saw the cement mosaics inside it instead of Zinc ingot.

The company officially registered under the name of China Haiyang Metal Industrial Co., Limited at hong kong.

We would want to inform others that this company is a scam. They also registered another domain named as http://www.haiyang-metal.com/.
