I ordered "free" two sample cosmetics online and was charged $12.00 shipping charge. At no time was I told there were further charges to follow. I found out that the company had charged close to $400.00 on my credit card.
I phoned them and was told the product was not free according to their website. That info was not available to me when I placed the order.
