I placed an order for Nuriva anti-aging skin serum the beginning of November. I received a charge for $99.15 on 11/13/16. I spoke with someone who said his name was "Steve", no last name provided, of course. He asked for my email address. I gave it to him and he said he found it. He said I would receive my credit via email that same day, but it was never received. I will continue calling, but it looks like the person that stated to change the card number may be on to something. That may be the only way to stop them from adding additional charges to the card.
