After accepting a $5 free trial, and also agreeing to try another product "free of charge" (and actually getting charged $20 for it!) I then find that I have been charged multiply times (totalling more than $500!). I am a very careful person, and would not have agreed to anything that incurs ongoing costs or has "auto renews" because I know how hard they are to get out of. I am now trying to locate the original ad to get a refund from my credit card, but as it was through facebook, it seems unlikely that I will find it. I am trying to prove that there was no mention of an auto renew ongoing cost. Total Scam!
