Hired Detroit City Services to manage my 4 properties in Detroit. I live in Australia and sent money over to pay the back taxes owing on the properties. When asked for receipts - and finally was given them after months of asking - my money was paid off properties not owned by me. We also received no rent - they said the rent money was to repair the houses. This was never done. They then offered to buy the houses - but this was just a tactic to prolong keeping the houses in their business so they could keep collecting the rent for themselves. Alethia Milner and Christopher Gray are Detroit City Services. They are scammers. Hoping for some class action against them so nobody else gets ripped off.
