I agreed to pay shipping and handling on a free trial.The sent me a full size sample that they did not have permission to charge me for, Iwas supposed to receive a sample for a free trial. They sayIdid not cancel within 14 days. They cancelled future orders but would not return my money. The bank has been informed and is working with me to try to get my money back.
