I used to have a live account with them but i lost all my money through trading. After a while i was contacted by them and told to resume trading as they would give me a bonus of $1,000. I logged in and true to their word it was in my account. I was therefore told that i needed to complete a turnover of 60x the bonus amount in order to turn it into withdrawable funds. I embarked on trading with the money with the aim of turning it over. Thankfully i was able to turn it over and i requested for a withdrawal. My expert trader then called me and said that they were going to run an investigation in my account which would take two weeks at most. This was two months ago now. Ever since i know they run their investigations and they know my account is clean so they have just been ignoring my withdrawal request. I have emailed my expert over a million times but he has never replied or even called me. I go on live chat and ask them to tell him to call me but they always say that they've informed him to call me but he never does. The company is holding back on paying me my dues which I struggled so hard for.
