Received at my address in France a men's coat size XXL that I do not remember ordering. It says the value is 19 dollars but I do not (yet?) see any deduction from my credit card. The company name on the parcel is Yanwen Express, a Chinese logistics company http://www.yw56.com.cn/english/about.htm/ The return address is Postbus 7040, 3109 AA Schiedam The Netherlands. The Customs Declaration on the parcel has not been fully completed nor has it been signed by the sender. There's a yellow sticker on the parcel saying "Good nots fulfilling the conditions laid down in Articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty on the functioning of the European Union."
