I bought a jar of anti-aging cream (moisturiser) which was advertised as being a free trial but when placing the order was charged £4.99 + p&p
I discovered a few weeks later that the company had taken £92.87 from my bank account for future supplies. I did not want any more of this cream as I didn't like it.
I called their customer service and asked for a refund. Eventually after a long discussion I was told if I returned the product I'd receive my refund. It was posted on 2/12 & I have tracked the return . It was delivered & signed as received on 6/12/16, but I still haven't received my refund. This is a scam ! I have just sent an email to the company quoting the return ref I was given.
