When I purchased the 3-day membership at $5.95, I was not informed that the membership would update automatically unless canceled. It was in the fine print, and this is despicable. However, since it was in your Terms & Conditions, I can do nothing of it. HOWEVER, I was instead charged $45.95 for a second 3-day membership. It says so right there on my receipt. This is disgusting and dishonest and I demand a refund. Charging me the price of a 30-day membership and only giving me a 3-day membership is fraudulent. When I tried to demand a refund, I found out that their toll free number is just a recorded message telling you to go to their website and the "24/7 support" on their website is all automated. I am unable to speak to a human being on this matter.
