This company is a total rip-off! Do not order from this company! SCAM!!!! Alex #253 claimed to be a supervisor refused to forward my complaint to his supervisor...FOUR TIMES!! Saying the POLICY won't allow a refund after 30 days! I was mislead. I received ONE trial shipment, and after 14 days, was billed twice. I called and canceled my account receiving an RMA # and was told by Kelli, #002 that I could return both shipments for a full refund. I waited two weeks for the second shipment to arrive, which it never did, because there was only ONE shipment with two billings! Because it has been past 30 days I am being refused any refund even if I send the product back. SCAM!!!!!
