Monica Estrada got us to buy a fridge stating it was the same as cash as long as the payments were on time which we did biweekly for 10 installments. When we call to get the balance and close the deal, whynotleaseit says we owe them about 1500 if we decide to keep the fridge. Wtf?? Monica and manager state that they explained to us it was a lease but we clearly remember she said it was the same as cash. Be aware of these losers that keep consumers away from great business like Sears. Sears corporate please help.
