The business model for this company is unethical and should be illegal. They scam consumers into buying samples of their product for a small shipping fee and immediately, and unbeknownst to them, sign them up for a monthly subscriptions at exorbitant prices. Any terms and conditions are buried or non existent on the screens consumers see at the time of sign up. A short time later, the consumer will see a charge on their credit card for their first installment (in my case US$200). When you call to complain, they claim that you've surpassed the 14 day trial period withdrawal window (which, of course you were unaware of) so you are on the hook for the first installment. I have lodged an investigation of this company with my bank and closed the account that I was scammed with so they can't charge me anymore.
