I bought a wedding dress (Phase Eight), after I payed I found out that to the price its add a transaction fee and is from China, next step I have try to contact them to cancel the order, but they have ignore all my emails and send me the most ugly dress possible on earth , not even close with my order. I have request my money back several times but nothing from them.
