I decommissioned, packaged and shipped back to Tech Support Today some equipment that they needed an onsite tech. I did everything I was supposed to do according to the instructions from Tech Support Today, however I have been receiving letters from FedEx regarding the package that was shipped back to TST. The manager for TST supposedly gave the FedEx representative the FedEx account number to bill to but I'm still receiving the bills and credit agency letters. I contacted TST and they said they would take care of it and that I not responsible for the bill. I would like for them to just contact FedEx and either pay the bill or have FedEx harass them for the money as it should be.
