I applied for a gift after completing a questionaire with vprcigs the cost being 34.95 POSTAGE I received no terms and conditions on receipt. then when checking my bank statement I saw with horror over a 10 month period they had taken £200 pounds out of my account I never gave them permission to debit my account I have put a block on further transactions but they have never replied to my letters you can not phone them as on their statement there is no phone number
