This company advertised on line to try some face creams for $4.95 shipping. I received two different creams in October and charged $185.30. No directions or invoice was enclosed. I did not see the charge right away on my credit card and then received another two bottles (the same two creams) in November and now saw the second charge of $185.30. I called the customer support number and my "account" was closed. They said to call back after receiving another shipment, which I thought was coming, to find out how to return for a refund. Today the customer support person, Lisa, said because it was past the 30 days of the first shipment, they couldn't refund the first $185.30, only the second charge after they receive the creams back. This company is very unethical in the way they get you to try something, then charge an exorbitant amount, without giving you an invoice or instructions or any information at all.
